Quick answers to frequently asked questions about booking
You'll receive an acknowledgement email immediately, followed by a personal response from one of our consultants within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). We'll either answer your query directly or suggest a time for a complimentary discovery call to discuss your needs in more detail.
Select "Complimentary Discovery Call" from the service dropdown menu and indicate your general availability in the message field. We'll then send you a calendar link with available time slots to choose from.
Yes, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking date, with the balance due one week before your appointment. For appointments scheduled within two weeks, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the deposit. We understand that emergencies happen and will handle these situations on a case-by-case basis.
